About Us
At RDA, We love to share our passion for every type of dance for every age. We have smaller class sizes for more attention to each dancer and their technique and we treat everyone like family.
We run our year in 2 sessions. (Summer and School year)
Miss Holly/Owner/Lead Instructor
Miss Holly started dancing
at the age of 5. She studied
at a few different schools
before landing at Le Dance
Studios. During her time
there she studied Ballet/
Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop,
Tumble and Lyrical.
Also during this time, she danced for the Anderson High School Dance Team and was on their Varsity Cheer Squad.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State and was a part of their National award winning dance team. Her last year there she was the student coach/choreographer.
She spent many years as a musical choeographer, teaching dancers of all ages and abilities. Some of her shows include: Oklahoma, Grease, West Side Story, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Godspell.
Miss Holly also appeared as a dancer/actress in many stage
shows, including Peter Pan and Brigadoon.
After having her two wonderful kiddos, she spent 8 years teaching for Webby Dance Company.
She loves to share her joy of dance with all.
Miss Holly led her Rockstarz Competition team to win many 1st place and top ten trophies over the last 3 seasons and we look forward to next years competitions!
Miss Holly is currently teaching Lyrical/Contemporary and Leap & Turn classes for level 3 & 4, Advanced tumble class and is choreographing for many solos, and groups for competition.
Miss Brooke/Instructor
Miss Brooke has been dancing for
8 years and has been student teaching
at Rockstarz for 4 years. She
hopes to be able to have fun with
students and help them improve
as well as improve herself.
Miss Brooke is taking a short break for
Marching Band and will be back to
teaching in November!
Miss Coralyn/ Instructor
Miss Coralyn has been dancing for over
7 years and is a Senior at University of
Cincinnati. She has studied ballet/pointe,
jazz, comtemporary/lyrical and hip hop.
She has also co-choreographed for the
musical "Footloose" for her high school
in 2018. Her passion is using dance for
creating and expressing all the emotions
she and others cannot put into words.
She adores choreographing and teaching
and she is extremely excited to be teaching
at Rockstarz Dance Academy.
Ms. Coralyn is currently teaching Jazz for levels 3 & 4, Hip Hop 4&5 as well as Team classes and several Competition Solos.
Miss Shannon/Instructor
Miss Shannon has been dancing for
6 years and did musical theatre for
8 years. She hopes she can help her
students express themselves and better
themselves through the art of dance.
Ms. Shannon is our resident Hip Hop and
Musical Theater teacher and is also
teaching Team classes and several
team solos.
Miss Kara/Instructor
Miss Kara has over 20 years of dance experience. She began dancing at the age of 3 and began teaching and choreographing at age 10. She attended Butler Tech School of Arts during High School, majoring in dance, where she received a Certification in Dance.
Ms. Kara also has a degree in
business management and recently got her Real Estate license.
She is currently teaching all levels of
Ballet, Tap, Tumble and Acrobatic Dance.
